The team answering these calls are usually located in the country you are travelling to and can help resolve any issues in a quick and timely manner.

Once you’re checked-in

Should you have any cause for concern or niggling issues once you’ve checked in, it is extremely important that you work with the hotel reception staff and management to resolve these. Failure to notify and liaise with the hotel staff to resolve any problems can result in complications and our inability to defend a formal complaint upon your return to the UK.
